At the beginning of our contemplations there is the man who was not created by the mother nature to work in an office sitting at the computer. Unfortunately as many as 67 pre cent of all employees sit incorrectly i.e. without contact with the backrest, on the front edge of a chair with legs folded and without any conformable support for feet.
How to sit correctly Sitting according to the rules of ergonomics: - Set the height of the revolving chair so that your feel can freely rest on the floor and knees are at a slight obtuse angle to enable free flow of blood.
- The backrest should be slightly bent back (the angle of bending the torso in relation to other parts of the body should be greater than 90 degrees). This does not hinder the functioning of internal organs and there is no strain for the respiratory system, cardiac and circulatory system and organs in the abdomen.
- Armrests should allow for an obtuse angle in the elbow.
- We use the depth of the seat to the fullest extent, which prevents local strain on the surface of the hips and against numbness in legs.
- The back should be in constant contact with the backrest, which helps retain a natural shape of the spine.
- We should sit on a stable chair adjusted to the body weight, which facilitates dynamics of sitting and ensures a feeling of safety.
