According to the ordinance of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy dated 26 September 1997 on general regulations of labour safety and hygiene, there should be at least 13 m3 of free floor space for each employee working with other employees in one room, including at least 2 m2 of free floor space (not taken by technical equipment, devices, etc).
The height of a room where permanent work is performed cannot be lower than 3 m. The exception is when there are not more than 4 employees in one room and there is at least 15 m3 of free capacity of the room for each of them. In such a situation the height of 2.5 m is acceptable.
